Charger and cycler for RC batteries

The Yokomo YOKYZ114PRO is an AC/DC charger, discharger and cycler designed for RC-scale battery care and preparation. It accepts AC100–240V or DC11–15V input and provides up to 10A charging and 5A discharging for a wide range of hobby battery chemistries. The unit includes balance charging for multi‑cell packs and a graphical 128×64, 7-color LCD that plots charge/discharge behavior and indicates cell count automatically, letting you verify state of charge and balance visually.

In practice the YOKYZ114PRO is used on the workbench to condition packs before running, cycle batteries for capacity checks, and safely balance Li-based cells prior to installation. During operation the backlight color changes with charge state and mode to make status visible from a distance, and delta-peak detection and adjustable charge/discharge limits allow controlled conditioning of Ni-MH/Ni-Cd packs as well.

For bench use where flexible AC or DC supply is available, the YOKYZ114PRO serves as a practical charger and cycler for hobby packs, offering balance charging, a graphical status display, and adjustable current ranges to support routine battery maintenance.
