This aluminum lower brace is an RC-scale tuning part designed for the YR-X12 1/12 competition chassis. Constructed from the supplied 2.0mm 70-75 duralumin plate, the brace increases lower-chassis rigidity while lowering the center of gravity to refine handling.

Because the plate is relatively thin, it remains compatible with narrow-diameter tyres commonly used on indoor carpet layouts, and its higher grip characteristics help reduce high-sides on carpeted surfaces. On high-grip tracks the brace moderates sharp steering response, making the car steadier through fast sections without adding complex setup changes.
