The YZ-630W1 is a center one-way pulley designed for the Works'91 TeamSpec application on the YZ-W91 series chassis. Its core function is achieved by fitting a one-way bearing inside the pulley so the assembly locks under drive torque and rotates freely during braking. This behaviour alters torque transfer through the drivetrain and provides a predictable change in mid-corner and exit response when compared to a standard two-way center pulley.

Installation requires the dedicated main shaft YZ-631W1 for proper fit and alignment, do not install the pulley without that shaft. The part is intended as a scale RC spare part to be used only on compatible YZ-W91TS and YZ-W91 platforms and should be paired with matched drivetrain bearings and correct assembly torque to avoid premature wear.

For setup and tuning, the one-way center affects how power is distributed between axles during acceleration and deceleration phases, so expect differences in corner entry under throttle and on-power rotation; use incremental changes when testing to isolate its effect from other adjustments such as diff stiffness or suspension tuning.
