This is an RC-scale front belt designed for the YZ-4 lineup, supplied as a direct-fit replacement for belt-drive front assemblies. The Z4-291-6 specifies a 97-tooth profile with a 6mm running width, intended to restore correct routing and engagement in the YZ-4 front belt path.

Installation overview: remove the old belt from the front pulley routing, confirm pulley alignment and sheath routing, then fit the new Z4-291-6 while keeping belt tension even across the run. After fitting, rotate the drivetrain by hand to verify smooth engagement and consistent tooth tracking before powered testing.

Tuning role: belt width and tooth count affect stiffness, backlash tolerance, and belt tension settings in a belt-driven 4WD RC platform. Use this belt to maintain designed tension characteristics for steering response consistency and predictable drivetrain behaviour during setup adjustments.
