❝After I was able to establish that I had a problem with an electronic component that was not obvious until it was installed in the model truck, (which was after the “half month” time frame allowed from time of purchase for return and replacement,) which took a couple of emails I was impressed with the speed that the problem was resolved. My only other criticism was that I had to pay for the cost of shipping the faulty component back to Hong Kong for replacement. Fortunately the item was relatively small and shipping costs were less than $25 AUD. I will certainly continue to patronize RC JAZ and recommend them to any prospective customers. Once they were able to verify the problem there was never a question that they would not take care of the problem in a timely fashion.❞

They were most helpful in helping me to sort out my mess, keeping me informed all the way through the process.
